Bonica got its start in 1985 when owner Kenneth Ho began selling watches to scuba dive shops. He was always being asked if he could imprint the store or watch owner’s name on the face of the watch, a process that was much too costly for small quantities. Not one to overlook a challenging opportunity, he developed a way to imprint the watches, a process still used by Bonica today. In fact, we know of no other company in North America that is able to imprint small quantities of watches at such a low price, and still retain product quality.

Today, with corporate offices located in Richmond, BC, Canada, Bonica continues to offer its unique line of Timely Gifts. We still accept orders for one watch, unheard of in the industry at such a low price point. And we can easily personalize watches as well.

At Bonica Precision Inc. we offer an unconditional guarantee. We will deliver what you ordered in a timely manner and, if you are not completely satisfied with any Bonica product, we will gladly repair or replace it.
We also have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. All watches and clocks are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in both material and workmanship, under normal use, for a lifetime beginning at the date of purchase. Defective product will be repaired or replaced, at Bonica’s option, free of charge, except shipping and handling. This warranty does not cover the crown, crystal, battery, leather strap, or the plating on the case and strap. If the product is returned for repair for a problem not covered under this warranty, a nominal charge may apply. It does not apply if the product has been misused, abused or altered. The warranty is void if the watchcase has been opened or otherwise tampered with.
