	MULTICOLOR IMPRINT ON TIME PIECE   For watches and clocks. 	SILKSCREENING   This is the most common way of decorating   products that have a flat and even surface.   Set-up charge: $50.00 (G) per color/style.   Repeat order: $25.00 (G) per color/style.
	PAD PRINTING   Great for uneven surfaces. Requires a special   printing plate for the ink. A soft pad presses   down onto the plate to transfer the logo   directly onto the product itself.   Set-up charge: $50.00 (G) per color/style.   Repeat order: $25.00 (G) per color/style.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: We accept Vector art created in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw and saved as CDR, EPS or AI. Artwork formats that are not acceptable include Word documents, Excel files, Microsoft PhotoDraw, PowerPoint or Publisher, Adobe FreeHand, PageMaker, Acrobat or Image Ready and paper napkins. Bitmap or TIFF images and JPEG files may be appropriate for some printing applications, such as Picture Perfect. Please note: artwork not meeting our specifications may delay your ship date. ADDITIONAL CHARGE:

COMBINED QUANTITIES: Products may be combined for a larger quantity discount if the artwork is exactly the same and imprinted in only one process. Gent’s and lady’s watches may be combined, if the artwork is exactly the same, but set-up charges are required for both styles.

CUSTOMER INSERTS: Available at $1.50 (G) per item. Please add 2-3 days to standard production time for insertion.

LARGE QUANTITY PRICING: For larger orders over catalogue quantity please contact BONICA for pricing and delivery lead-time.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Add $50.00 (G) per product SKU.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: All orders are acknowledged via fax or email within 24 hours of receiving your purchase order. Please contact BONICA if you do not receive an Acknowledgement within 24 hours.

ORDER CANCELLATION: May only be accepted with a fax or email notification prior to commencement of production. Otherwise, you may be obliged to pay any production costs incurred to that point.

PACKAGING: Products are bulk, unless noted in the product description. Upgraded packaging or re-packaging is available for $10.00 (G) per item, unless otherwise noted.

PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days upon credit approval. New accounts must pay 50% at time of order and 50% upon delivery. Payment not received by the due date will be subject to a 2% per month late payment charge. We accept company cheques, Visa and MasterCard. Large orders are also subject to a 50% deposit at time of placement.

PERSONALIZATION: Personalization on all watch dials, up to two lines, is $2.50 (G). Add $5.00 (G) for up to two additional lines. All other products are $2.50 (G) for every two lines.

PMS COLOR MATCH: No additional charge to match pantone color. Please note that pantone colors are based on white backgrounds only and colors may vary depending on different background colors. Also, complete Pantone matching may not be possible for some processes.

PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time is 1 to 2 weeks. Large quantity orders may take extra time. Please contact BONICA for additional information.

PROGRAMS: Many of our products are ideal for co-op programs. Please contact BONICA for details.

RESTOCKING FEE: 20% of total sale, not including freight.

RETURNS: Prior to returning goods, you must contact BONICA for a Return Authorization number, to ensure we will receive the goods and you will receive any credit you are eligible for.

WATCH SETTINGS: All watches, except digital, are set to their destination time and date at no additional charge. Time and date setting for digital products is available for $1.00(G) per unit.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: Bonica Precision Inc. states that all watches and clocks are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in both material and workmanship, under normal use, for a lifetime beginning at the date of purchase. Defective product will be repaired or replaced, at Bonica’s option, free of charge, except shipping and handling. This warranty does not cover the crown, crystal, battery, leather strap, or the plating on the case and strap. If the product is returned for repair for a problem not covered under this warranty, a nominal charge may apply. This warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, abused or altered. The warranty is void if the watchcase has been opened or otherwise tampered with.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION: Bonica reserves the right to substitute models and movements with equivalent or superior high-quality products, without prior notice.

Samples

SPEC SAMPLES: All spec samples will be charged at EQP less 5%. These items are non-returnable and include your choice of logo, decoration method and location. Set-up charges apply, and are credited upon placement of an order of at least $2,000.00 or 200 units. We reserve the right to refuse spec sample requests.

SELF PROMOTION: Available at End Quantity Pricing less 5% and only valid when a distributor’s logo is on the product. We will not accept self-promotion orders from August 15 to December 31. Please contact BONICA for details. RANDOM SAMPLES: Randomly imprinted samples available at End Quantity Pricing less 5%. Can be returned (freight prepaid) within 30 days for a full credit, which includes initial freight charge but does not include return shipping.

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB Richmond, BC., FOB Toronto, ON or Blaine, WA, USA

DROP SHIPMENTS: Charged at $10.00 (G) per destination after the first, plus freight costs. All drop shipment addresses must be received at least four days in advance of the scheduled ship date. Add 1-2 days standard lead-time for a drop shipment. Please indicate “DROPSHIP” on purchase orders.

COURIER SELECTION: If no specific couriers are mentioned on your purchase order, our shipping department will ship goods best-way, to ensure you receive the goods by your requested in-hand date. If you would like to supply us with your courier account for your order, an additional handling charge of $3.50 (G) per box or $20.00 (G) per waybill may be added to your invoice. Please indicate “Collect Freight” on purchase order.

CLAIMS AND BREAKAGES: Please notify BONICA immediately, of any damage, breakage or disappearance due to mishandling by our courier.

Outside Canada & USA: Orders shipping to address outside of Canada and United States are subject to an addition handling charge of $25.00(G) per order or location.
