SET-UP CHARGES: Set-up charges apply for all quantities, unless otherwise noted. $50.00 (G) per color, per location.
REPEAT SET-UP: 25.00 (G) per color, per location. Artwork files are kept for 36 months. Please quote the Bonica Sales Order number on repeat orders.
COMBINED QUANTITIES: Products may be combined for a larger quantity discount if the artwork is exactly the same and imprinted in only one process. Gent’s and lady’s watches may be combined, if the artwork is exactly the same, but set-up charges are required for both styles.
CUSTOMER INSERTS: Available at $1.50 (G) per item. Please add 2-3 days to standard production time for insertion.
LARGE QUANTITY PRICING: For larger orders over catalogue quantity please contact BONICA for pricing and delivery lead-time.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: Add $50.00 (G) per order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION: All orders are acknowledged via fax or email within 24 hours of receiving your purchase order. Please contact BONICA if you do not receive an Acknowledgement within 24 hours.
ORDER CANCELLATION: May only be accepted with a fax or email notification prior to commencement of production. Otherwise, you may be obliged to pay any production costs incurred to that point.
PACKAGING: Products are bulk, unless noted in the product description. Upgraded packaging or re-packaging is available for $10.00 (G) per item, unless otherwise noted.
PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days upon credit approval. New accounts must pay 50% at time of order and 50% upon delivery. Payment not received by the due date will be subject to a 2% per month late payment charge. We accept company cheques, Visa and MasterCard. Large orders are also subject to a 50% deposit at time of placement.
PERSONALIZATION: Personalization on all watch dials, up to two lines, is $2.00 (G). Add $5.00 (G) for up to two additional lines. All other products are $5.00 (G) for every two lines.
PMS COLOR MATCH: No additional charge to match pantone colors on Bonica’s original process. Please note that pantone colors are based on white backgrounds only and colors may vary depending on different background colors. Also, complete Pantone matching may not be possible for some processes. Please BONICA for more details.
PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time is 1 to 2 weeks. Large quantity orders may take extra time. Please contact BONICA for additional information.
PROGRAMS: Many of our products are ideal for co-op programs. Please contact BONICA for details.
RESTOCKING FEE: 20% of total sale, not including freight.
RETURNS: Prior to returning goods, you must contact BONICA for a Return Authorization number, to ensure we will receive the goods and you will receive any credit you are eligible for.
RUSH CHARGES: Any order to be delivered in less than 5 working days is considered a rush. Rush charge of $5.00 (G) per unit, or a minimum $50.00 (G) per order applies. Please check with BONICA for details.
WATCH SETTINGS: All watches, except digital, are set to their destination time and date at no additional charge. Time and date setting for digital products is available for $1.00 (G) per unit.
ORDERS: Orders can be accepted by email or by fax. All orders are acknowledged via fax or email. normally within 1 business day of receiving purchase order.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: At Bonica Precision Inc. we offer you an unconditional guarantee. We will deliver what you ordered in a timely manner, and if you are not completely satisfied with any Bonica product, we will gladly repair or replace it.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: Bonica Precision Inc. states that all watches and clocks are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in both material and workmanship, under normal use, for a lifetime beginning at the date of purchase. Defective product will be repaired or replaced, at Bonica’s option, free of charge, except shipping and handling. This warranty does not cover the crown, crystal, battery, leather strap, or the plating on the case and strap. If the product is returned for repair for a problem not covered under this warranty, a nominal charge may apply. This warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, abused or altered. The warranty is void if the watchcase has been opened or otherwise tampered with.
UNSURPASSED HIGH-LEVEL OF SERVICE: Bonica started supplying watches with no minimum quantity over 25 years ago and is still the only supplier in the industry offering this feature as a regular service.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION: Bonica reserves the right to substitute models and movements with equivalent or superior high-quality products, without prior notice.
